Cuyahoga County Public Library (CCPL) has been awarded the Government Finance Officers Association’s Certificate of Achievement in Financial Reporting for the twelfth consecutive year (2008-2019) for its comprehensive annual financial report (CAFR) issued for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2019. The Certificate of Achievement is the highest form of recognition in the area of government accounting and financial reporting, and its attainment represents a significant accomplishment by a government and its management.
2020 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report
This Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) is a summary of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for the year ended December 31, 2020. The financial data included in this PAFR is derived from the more detailed CAFR. Both reports are consistent with generally accepted accounting principles and guidelines established by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board.
